Debra Porter is a REALTOR®/Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group and has been serving the Downeast Maine real estate market since 2002. During more than two decades in the industry, she has helped clients successfully complete over 300 real estate transactions, averaging 12 to 16 sales each year. She works with buyers and sellers throughout Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, Mount Desert, Trenton, Lamoine, Surry, Sullivan, Hancock, Franklin, Orland, Waltham, Eastbrook, and Steuben, specializing in residential homes, waterfront properties, commercial real estate, vacant land, investment properties, relocation, and first-time homebuyers.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Debra built a successful career as a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife. That experience shaped her calm, patient approach to guiding clients through significant life transitions. Whether helping a family purchase their first home, assisting retirees relocating to Maine's coast, or marketing a waterfront property, she believes informed clients make confident decisions. Debra also maintains an inactive Florida real estate license, giving her additional insight when assisting clients relocating between states.
Debra has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and e-PRO® designations and has received Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gold and Silver Awards during the past five years. Clients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond throughout the buying and selling process. Outside of real estate, Debra enjoys spending time with her growing family, especially her granddaughters, and loves sharing everything that makes Maine's coast such a special place to call home.
